Shipping And Handling

Our default delivery service is Royal Mail first class post for which you will be charged £1.55 at checkout. Royal Mail aim to deliver items in 1-2 working days. For your peace of mind all orders over £20 are sent with proof of posting and are insured against loss or damage. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email to notify you of this. All orders sent by Guaranteed 1pm delivery will receive an updated order fulfilment email containing a Royal Mail tracking number. Your order can be tracked here.

Dispatch Schedule

Our printing deadline is 1pm for same day despatch Monday to Friday. Orders placed and signed off after 1pm will be processed the following working day (no dispatch on weekends or holidays).  Due to Royal Mail's delivery schedule, there are no deliveries on Sundays, public holidays or bank holidays.

  • Special Delivery (Guaranteed by 1pm the next day - not available for delivery on Saturday) - £9.18 
  • Special Delivery (Guaranteed by 9am the next day - not available for delivery on Saturday) - £31.14
  • Saturday Special Delivery  (Guaranteed by 1pm) - £14.62                        
  • Saturday Special Delivery (Guaranteed by 9am) - £34.74

All orders over £50 qualify for free postage and will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Signed For.
If you wish to upgrade your delivery method you must inform us by 1pm on the day you receive your order fulfilment email.
We reserve the right to upgrade your delivery method at our discretion at no extra cost to you.

Please ensure that the address details you supply are complete and correct. If you receive a card to say that Royal Mail attempted delivery please contact them immediately using the details on the calling card.

Europe/International Delivery

International delivery is no longer available due to new VAT rules introduced 1st July 2021. 

Lost or Undeliverable Orders

If your order is lost in the post we will send you a replacement according to the timescale designated by the chosen courier for items to be considered lost. If your order is damaged we will send you replacements for the damaged items immediately.

If your order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information being supplied to us by you or through the goods being otherwise undeliverable through no fault of our own we may, subject to discretion, charge a redelivery cost equivalent to the cost of redelivery + a 20% administration fee. Please ensure that you give us correct postal information and that you accept delivery or collect your items in a timely manner to avoid redelivery costs.

All orders are sent with proof of postage and insurance. If you do not receive your order within the stated times please contact us and we will investigate and where appropriate, resend your order. Please note that all deliveries are made via third parties and are subject to their terms and conditions. Although we make our best efforts to get your order to you as quickly as possible we are not able to guarantee levels of delivery service and timescales for delivery.

If we are aware of any delays in delivery times we will contact you immediately. You may cancel your order without cost up to the point that you receive confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly so that we may make a claim on your behalf. Items sent by 1st Class, and Royal Mail Signed For are not classed as lost until 10 working days after the due date  please follow this link for more details.

You will be offered the choice of a full refund or a replacement which will be sent by the delivery method selected on your original order.


This cancellation policy does not affect your rights where we are at fault.

All edible toppers are printed to order and as such you may cancel your order at any time before you receive an order fulfilment email. You do not have to give a reason for cancellation. however, a brief explanation may help us improve our future services.

We do not accept the return of edible toppers as they are a perishable item and are either personalised or printed to order.

If there is a problem with your goods, please contact us to discuss the matter further - we are happy to exchange or refund faulty orders.
We may request photographic evidence in order to improve future services, or alternatively we may request that you return the toppers at our expense.

We guarantee a minimum of 12 months shelf life from when the product is dispatched if stored in the packaging they arrive in, out of sunlight.
